We are on the hunt for a marketing guru who can wear many hats, including experience in social media marketing -- particularly in creating and building content calendars for brands and executing influencer marketing strategies. 

Must be able to work at least 2 days a week in office (American Fork, UT)


  • Responsible for content creation and planning, including monthly and weekly calendars across all marketing channels
  • Oversee strategy and publishing for all social media channels (Instagram, FB, Facebook group, Tik Tok, Pinterest). Experience running and growing accounts like these for brands is key.
  • Learn the Mentionables brand inside and out. Who we are as a company, what our brand image is, the product we create, our customers and their needs, etc. 
  •  Organize monthly brand collabs and manage brand relationships. We love building partnerships with other female-operated brands that align with our values. Brand collabs can consist of giveaways, code sharing, email sends, events, etc.
  • Spend time each week building relationships on instagram by engaging with our existing and desired online community
  • Work closely with marketing team to make sure content is consistent across all channels
  • Help stay on top of new social media features, creating reels, gifs, etc.
  • Research and present new ideas for marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute flawless influencer marketing strategy for brand campaigns & new product launches
  • Outreach & maintain relationships with current {and NEW} collaborators
  • Manage and grow Affiliate Program 
  • Report on & keep track of KPIs 
  • Take initiative and proactively bring new ideas to the table to help the Mentionables brand evolve
  • Willing and able to wear many hats, and excited to dive into all things marketing related


  • Relevant college degree preferred
  • Experience in retail e-commerce industry strongly preferred
  • Experience with social media marketing required
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Some graphic design skill is ideal
  • Understanding of analytics and performance reporting
  • Experience using affiliate platforms 
  • Existing knowledge and experience with Shopify, Slack, Klaviyo, Google Suite 
  • Self-starter & proactive mentality 
  • Proficient copywriting skills 
  • Excellent communicator & careful attention to detail


  • Full time position, must be able to work in office at least 2 days a week (American Fork, UT)
  • 40 hours/week
  • Pay based on experience
