Electronic gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Giving a gift card to a third party? E-gift cards must be forwarded to the recipient.
Can I buy a gift card for someone else?
Yes. If a customer wants to buy a gift card for someone else, then they need to forward the gift card email (or print out the gift card in the email) to the recipient.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a remaining balance on the card.
How do I check my gift card balance?
If the gift card is associate with a customer account, you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without accounts, you can contact us for a balance inquiry.
- Mentionables offers free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F) of purchase.
- Orders placed over the weekends, or on holidays will be fulfilled on Monday or on the next business day.
- During our sales (Pink Friday and Black Friday) we ask for up to 5 business days to get your order shipped out.
- Mentionables has set up the most efficient shipping methods for making sure you receive your order (in the US) within 7-10 business days. Priority shipping is available for purchase and cost is based on location.
- We do our best to estimate your expected delivery timing, but please keep in mind that we can’t control USPS, mother nature, or other unplanned situations. Due to this, shipping is a non-refundable fee. When your order ships, we will contact you with a shipping confirmation and tracking information.
- Mentionables is not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system. We offer ROUTE shipping insurance to cover situations where your order has been lost, stolen, or otherwise misplaced. It is your (the customer’s) choice to keep ROUTE on your order or not.
- To ensure that our team can get all your orders shipped out as quickly as possible, we cannot edit your order once you have confirmed it. If you are wanting to cancel the order, you can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, but we cannot promise that your request will be met due to fulfillment times.
- We currently ship internationally to Canada only. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location. International orders may be subject to custom fee, of which Mentionables is not responsible for. International orders are final sale.
Please wear undergarments when trying on any teddies or pretties/panties for the first time before deciding if you will be keeping them. Any liners on the garment must remain on the garment or the item cannot be returned.
Any unworn and unwashed items in perfect, new condition can be returned for a refund to the original card within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. A refund fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund amount. Clearance/sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Items that are returned without tags or liners are not eligible for return and a refund will not be issued for these items.
Our team will inspect your return upon arrival to make sure it follows these guidelines. Any returns we receive that do not follow these guidelines will be flagged by our team and you will be contacted regarding this.
How to Return:
Head to our returns portal to find your order and print a shipping label to send your return back. Please include your original packing slip or a note with your order number and reason for return. If a downloaded label is not sent within 7 days, the return will be voided.
You (the customer) are responsible for return postage. After your return label is printed and the package is received at our warehouse, A refund fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping fees are not credited when making a return.
We do not offer even exchanges. If you need to exchange a piece for another size, you will need to return the items you don't want (following the return steps above) and place a new order.
Defects/Damages & Mistakes:
If you receive a piece that is defective or damaged, please email us right away (email@example.com). Defective pieces must be reported within three days of package delivery.
If your order is received with an error (missing piece, wrong piece etc.) please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Because of the added expense and time it takes to ship internationally, all international orders are final sale and not eligible for return. Any additional fees encountered during shipping (customs, duties, etc) are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-returnable items: Items not in new / unworn condition will be rejected during the return inspection. If bought in a set, both pieces must be included with the return. We are unable to accept items where the garment tag has been removed. **Any liners on the garment must remain on the garment or the item cannot be returned. **
