Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Director of Marketing to take the reins in evolving our brand’s visual identity, storytelling, and brand presence. You will be the mastermind behind defining our content strategy, driving engagement, fostering community, and ultimately driving revenue through innovative and impactful campaigns. This role demands both strategic leadership and hands-on execution to elevate our brand’s position and resonate with our audience across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision & Leadership: Partner with the founder and the broader team to define and execute the creative strategy for all marketing channels, including social media, email, digital ads, and more.
  • Content Creation & Distribution: Oversee the planning and  distribution of engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, email, website, etc.), ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity.
  • Brand Positioning & Narrative: Drive the brand’s narrative and positioning across all communications, reinforcing our model-free, community-focused, and inclusive ethos.
  • Community Engagement & Storytelling: Craft storytelling campaigns that connect with our audience on an emotional level. Drive revenue through content that inspires action, whether that’s through product launches, influencer collaborations, or partnerships.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Strategy: Develop and implement an influencer strategy that nurtures strong relationships, builds community, and drives sales through affiliate partnerships.
  • Photoshoots & Content Production: Lead the direction and execution of photoshoots in conjunction with the broader team, ensuring the visuals align with our brand’s tone and resonate with our audience.
  • Marketing Calendar: Own the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, content, and promotions aligned with business goals and seasonal trends.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and inspire the social team, ensuring creative excellence and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Work cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., product, marketing, and customer experience) to drive holistic brand growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 5+ years in social media, brand development, or content strategy, preferably in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce environment. Experience with founder-led brands is a plus.
  • Creative Leadership: Strong people-leadership skills with the ability to inspire and elevate a team. Proven experience building and executing a creative vision at scale.
  • Hands-on & Strategic: Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. Comfortable jumping into execution details while also driving overarching creative direction.
  • Innovative Problem Solver: A forward-thinking innovator who is excited to help build the future of lingerie shopping—not just replicate what's been done before
  • Community & Content Expertise: Deep understanding of how to cultivate and engage a loyal community through digital content, influencer collaborations, and community-driven initiatives.
